The Baking Atelier
In this 4 hour workshop, you will experience all of the steps of bread baking from scratch using natural leavening. Each participant will create a sourdough starter to take home as well as a loaf of bread. Demonstrations will be done on how to score decoratively and bake crusty hearth loaves using stone milled, heirloom flours. You will leave with a solid foundation of how to maintain a sourdough culture as well as a loaf to bake at home. Light refreshments provided.
